As a high school student in Dona Carmen Denia National High School, an observer to my co-youths and co-students, and as a concerned citizen, I will ignore their activities that they are doing.
Having a boy/girl friend while you are in high school for me is a very stupid thing to do. They will have a hard time concentrating in their studies because instead of studying their lessons, they go out and do stupid thins when they’re outside the school campus.
Some said that boys want to have girlfriend/ so that when they go to college, they already have an experienced having a girlfriend. After they got what they want from girls like kissing them on lips or whatever, they will leave or break their relationship with the girl and find another.
Girls are also opportunist cause they will immediately accept the boy that’s courting them just like through text, then they always demand a load.
THIS KIND OF RELATIONSHIP IS JUST A GAME FOR THEM!
Filipino culture today is lost. The teenagers today are slowly changing and becoming more liberated.
As a good daughter and student, I will not follow those things. I will finish my studies first and pursue my dreams for my parents to be happy. There’s a right time for everything so there’s a right time for love at the right age.
